This is by FAR one of my favorite cook books EVER. Ree Drummond went from a swanky LA gal to a woman on the pioneer, raising cattle with a huge family and ranch. This book contains the most comforting food on the planet! PLUS, because Ree lives in rural Oklahoma, these recipes use staples we all have in our pantry to create incredible dishes. This is the perfect gift for the food lover in all of us!

This is about the coolest toy they make. We bought one for our daughter 3 years ago and we all spent Christmas morning riding it around our hardwood floors. I am a firm believer in educational toys and toys that are kid powered. We love ours SO much, we bought one for our son Enzo who is 16 months old for Christmas so our kiddos would stop fighting over who gets to ride it next! It comes in lots of colors, so no worrying about who’s is who’s!

They were surprised by just how much speed the car was able to pick up considering its manual operation. Our testers found the PlasmaCar rides best on hard flat surfaces. Carpet, grass, gravel, and other “rough” surfaces diminished the toy’s ability to propel forward. Ashley and I met through the fabulous Camas Meadows Golf Club! After seeing me photograph many weddings at their FABULOUS facility, she contacted me to photograph her wedding on short notice to her Fiance Travis. The wedding came together beautifully! From their INCREDIBLE wedding cake made by Ashley’s mom, to their vibrant color scheme; this wedding was one to remember!! Here are a few of my favorite images from the day!! The flowers are by the FABULOUS Flowers Washougal. Ashley’s gown is designed by one of my FAVORITE wedding designers, Maggie Sottero! Didn’t Ashley look incredible!! And Travis and his groomsmen sure were stylish too! I LOVE their fedoras!
Kaylee and Ryan are such a fun couple! I first got to know them during their awesome engagement session at the beautiful and historic Pomeroy Farms. Their infectious laughter and humor inspired an awesome session. I always ask my couples about the proposal, and Kaylee shared this..
Ryan was working in Utah and Ethan and I went there for Thanksgiving we got snowed in and we were snuggling on the couch reading, watching movies, and mess around on our phones. When ry got up and got down on his knee and says Kaylee will you marry me and opening the ring case.
I’ve had such a wonderful time getting to know Kaylee and Ryan. Their love for each other is pure and strong; like a breath of fresh air. Their darling son Ethan is the cutest little thing and I can’t wait to watch this family grow over the next few years!!
Kaylee and Ryan picked the beautiful Camas Meadows Golf Club for their wedding venue, and it was perfect. Kaylee’s attention to every little detail shined through and with the help of the fabulous Neilla’s Special Events and Lacamas Flowers and Events the wedding was incredible! I cannot even begin to express my excitement over this next wedding! Matt (a long time friend of my hubby) and Melissa, (a long time friend of ours now – 7+ years) are married! EEKKK!! Would you believe these two attended my wedding together back in 2005? It was right around that time that they first started dating. We’ve grown with them over the years, through many trials and tough times, Matt and Melissa have ALWAYS been amazingly supportive to us, and for that we are forever indebted to them.
When Matt popped the question, we knew Melissa would say yes! I spent hours and hours googling and pinning wedding ideas to Melissa – probably to the point of driving both her and Matt crazy! LOL! I know I had a blast helping to find cute ideas for their sunflower inspired wedding, and I treasure all our texts back and forth whether is was during a dress fitting or oogling the next best centerpiece idea.
I am beyond honored to have been able to capture this couples wedding! Cheers to you both and prayers for the happiest life together! Love you guys!!
